2. How do you make sure the person coming home is genuine and reliable?
Every staff member goes through background verification, police checks, and in-house training before joining our team. We also share their ID and profile with you in advance, so you know exactly who’s coming. Your safety is always the top priority.

Not at all. In fact, home care often turns out to be more budget-friendly than hospitals, as you save on extra costs like room rent, bed charges, and other add-ons.
You can choose from visit-based services (doctors, nurses, physiotherapists) or 8 / 12 / 24-hour shifts for caretakers and nurses.

Our caretaker services start from ₹650 per day for an 8-hour shift, giving you quality care at home without extra burden.
4. How quickly can services start?
Once you confirm, we can usually begin within 24–48 hours. If it’s urgent, we try to arrange someone the same day, depending on availability.

Yes. We make sure the same caregiver continues at your home for comfort and consistency. If there’s an emergency or leave, we arrange a trained replacement immediately so that care is not interrupted.
6. What payment modes do you accept?
You can pay through UPI, bank transfer, cash, or other digital methods. Most families prefer weekly or monthly payments in advance to keep things smooth and clear.

No. All payments should be made only to Samarpan Care. This ensures proper records, safe transactions, and that your caretaker gets their salary on time.
8. What if the caretaker doesn’t show up?
We keep a close watch on attendance. If someone is absent, our team arranges a backup or replacement as fast as possible, so you’re never left without support.
